We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor to join an industry leading, multidisciplinary consultancy.
- Must be able to commute to Birmingham.
- Must have an understanding of JCT Contracts
- Must have at least 2 years' experience within a similar role.

You will have the opportunity to work for a true multidisciplinary consultancy who have a strong pipeline of projects, including but not limited to High Rise Apartments, BTR’s, private residential for sale and PBSA.
Key Responsibilities as a Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor:
- Cost planning, inclusive of cost plans for commercial purposes
- Preparation of Tender Documents, Construction documents and reporting throughout the process.
- Performing on-site risk assessments, and final accounts.
- Where required, it may be requested for you to undertake some duties of an employers agent or contract administrator.
- Managing contractual obligations prior and during various public and commercial projects.
We are looking for:
- 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar position, within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of JCT Contracts.
- Excellent time management, organisation and communicating skills; both verbally and written.
- Flexibility to last minute changes in schedules.
- Strong awareness of Health and Safety.
