Events Manager

As the Events Manager you will be responsible for delivering the events strategy for this growing business.

My client is a professional services organisation with offices based near Luton and offer flexible working.

Description

As the Events Manager you will:

• Manage and lead on the delivery of all internal and external events - you will be responsible for the end to end process from research to evaluation
• Manage the events start to finish, ensuring you are present for all events and managing them on-site, as well as liaising with all appropriate partners
• Be responsible for all online events (webinars) and make sure that you are working across the marketing department to deliver these
• Keep up to date with industry best practice
• Be responsible for all the health, safety and well-being of staff at events, as well as acting as a designated first aider
• Work with the wider marketing team and management to deliver the events.

Profile

The successful Events Manager will have:

• Demonstrable experience within a similar events role, as well as relevant qualifications (e.g CIM etc)
• Demonstrable experience of planning and managing attendance at exhibitions
• Experience using webinar platforms
• The ability or experience of managing a small team
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a package of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, DOE.

Hybrid / flexible working - at least once a week in the offices based near Luton.

Must be able to attend in-person events, as well as have a full clean driving licence.
