We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of an events company in Cambridge.
- 36k- 38k depending on experience
- Seasonal position, offering great flexibility during the quieter months
- Predominantly working day shifts during the week with events at the weekend
- Working 5 days out of 7 based on 40 hour working week
Candidate specification:
- Previous Sous Chef experience in a similar environment
- Comfortable using fresh food and ingredients daily, creating dishes from scratch and designing menus
- A leader, someone who can run an event and lead by example, managing all aspects and ensuring delivery of great results as per the company's vision
- Good knowledge of Food Hygiene, Allergens, recent certifications are a must
- Showing stability within previous employment history
