£14.88 per hour / 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate team to create an outstanding culinary experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role
A passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation
Strong leadership and communication skills
A commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
Flexibility to work some weekends as needed
