Exam Officer
Contract Type: Full-time
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week
Salary: Starting from £36,884.00 to £39,016.00 p er annum including London Weighting. Grade 7, Scale point, 18 - 20

We are looking for a vibrant team player to lead the examinations team in the running of all exam functions within the College.
Planning and preparation for all examinations within the College including making and submitting examination entries to the awarding bodies within the deadlines via Electronic Data Interface systems and on the awarding bodies websites.
To maintain up to date examination base data. To ensure adherence to the JCQ
Instructions for Conducting Examinations. To ensure that all examinations processes are robust and that the College has accurate and timely data and information.
To liaise effectively with teaching staff regarding their exam requirements. To provide a high level of support and service for students in relation to their examinations, results and post results service. This is a pivotal role contributing to the success of NewVIc learners.
