+ two weeks, term time hours 8.30am – 4pm
Pay: Grade 5, SCP 6 £23,893 - SCP9 £25,119. Pro rata salary : £21,807

We are recruiting for an Examinations Officer to join our Administration team at Leek High School. The ideal candidate will:
have a keen understanding of UK examination processes and procedures possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work efficiently under pressure have excellent communication skills, as the role involves coordinating with both staff and students be motivated and self-driven have high levels of accuracy and an eye for detail, working methodically be flexible and adaptable, as the demands of exam periods may vary. be proficient in using relevant software and systems for exam administration have high expectations of themselves and their team be a team player
The role requires 2 additional weeks to be worked outside term time to support preparations for trial exams, collation of results and delivering results on the main GCSE and A-Level results days; these dates will be specified at appointment and then at the beginning of each year.
