My client, a well known law firm in Stafford, is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their business on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Duties will include:
Audio typing with a good understanding of Word
Administration of files on our Case Management System
Taking calls from new and existing clients and making calls to existing clients
Arranging appointments
Preparation of incoming and outgoing post and emails
Liaising and assisting other team members
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a proven Legal Secretary with recent experience.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a top law firm in Stafford.
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (lunch break 1pm - 2pm)
Paying circa £25,000
