Job Title: Exams Administrative Assistant

Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days on-site

Hourly Pay Rate: £16.59 per hour, plus holiday pay

Contract: Temporary, 12 weeks (potential to be extended)

Join one of the leading and highly regarded specialist higher education institutions in its field as an Exams Office Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing general administrative support for the Head of Exams on wider projects and co-ordination of exam assessment days.

As an Exams Administrative Assistant, your job role will include:

• Efficiently managing your time to ensure consistent administrative support
• Coordinating room bookings and catering for exams
• Taking minutes and assist with travel arrangements
• Assisting students with their queries
• Offering general administrative support to the exams team at both campuses

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in an administrative role within an academic or similar setting
• Experience in minute taking, room booking and assisting with travel and catering arrangements
• Ability to work on own initiative when necessary and without close supervision
