We are a reputable educational institution committed to providing quality learning experiences to our students. Currently, we are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an Exams Officer on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, and examination paper distribution.
- Liaise with exam boards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare examination venues and ensure they are set up according to specifications.
- Manage examination materials securely and maintain accurate records.
- Provide support to students and staff regarding examination procedures and queries.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
