• Coordinate and administer all aspects of examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, and examination paper distribution.
• Liaise with exam boards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare examination venues and ensure they are set up according to specifications.
• Manage examination materials securely and maintain accurate records.
• Provide support to students and staff regarding examination procedures and queries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
