The Role
As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations, stepping in during their absence, and overseeing the direct supervision and line management of staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of care
- Promoting independence and choice for our residents
- Building positive relationships with all stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience
- Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care
- Experience in social care
- Team management experience
- Flexibility to work rostered hours
- Excellent leadership and multi-tasking abilities
- Dementia Care qualification (desirable)
- Strong IT skills
- Confident in multidisciplinary meetings

Salary and Hours
- Full-time position
- Competitive salary starting from £28,500 based on experience
