Your Role: As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in the project's success. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of quantity surveying from pre-construction to final account
• Implementing effective cost management strategies to ensure project profitability
• Conducting thorough cost analysis and reporting to stakeholders
• Procuring subcontractors and managing contractual agreements.
• Collaborating closely with the project team to drive efficiency and mitigate risks
• Providing expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution.

Your Experience: While previous experience in school projects is preferred, it's not essential. We're looking for candidates who possess:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
