EXCLUSIVE: HEAD OF UK BRANCH – PWM/IFA MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

£70K - £100K + Benefits & Commission                          HYBRID (ENGLAND)

Unusual opportunity from a leading International PWM firm seeking their first Head of UK. Reporting to the mainly British but overseas-based Board, duties will include;

• Identify the optimum strategy to take their successful offshore strategy and apply it to the UK Market
• Help drive synergies between their offshore based British client base and the UK
• Manage the existing UK administrative and sales team
• Work with UK Compliance and Overseas Operations to enhance UK procedures
• Be fully aware of UK Regulatory Developments and how these can be utilised as positive drivers to the business

You may be an existing Head of Branch or Division from an IFA or PWM Group now looking for more autonomy to run your own show or else a Manager from a Network or Direct Sales Force looking for that step up. Either way, you must be at least L4 qualified with previous experience of managing & motivating a team and the energy to build on such.

NB Whilst the firm has a small London office, if the right candidate is located near another city or major town anywhere in England, then the firm are willing to open an office there, however their philosophy (like many) doesn’t support fully remote working. Also Salary & Commission completely flexible and dependent on previous experience and also any book of business one can bring with
