Founded in 2017, Ollie and Ben started out by renting out their apartment in Edinburgh. Fast forward and the business has evolved into 30+ properties and other property related services, whilst adding another director, Al, into the mix.

A family business, there are growth plans in place and to enable them to realise their plans, they’re keen to expand their team with this key hire with an EA.

As in any SME, no two days will be the same and what they’re looking for is someone who can join them and work with each of them to absorb a range of tasks that they’re currently each doing, that they can delegate permanently into this new role.

All we ask for the right candidate is that they’re:

• Proactive
• Organised from a self-perspective but also organised when it comes to organising the directors (if needed .. one more than others ??)
• Au fait with using technology as the base for their day-to-day operations (they have a property management system that they use)
• Have a head for finance, this role will involve daily use of Xero
• Keen to work in an SME where at times, everyone needs to get stuck in .. so if there is a property that needs keys dropping off, this person is able to do that (ad hoc)
