Following an internal restructure which has led to the promotion of two employees; an exciting opportunity has now been created for a talented, highly skilled Executive Assistant to join the Team at Derwentside College.
What you will do
As a successful Executive Assistant, you will provide an outstanding high-level professional administrative and secretarial support service to the Executive Team, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Executive office. You will have substantial experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting executive-level staff; be highly organised and a brilliant multi-tasker, with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment where priorities can change, often at short notice.
You will have a high-level of personal integrity, possess an excellent command of the English language and demonstrate excellent communication skills. You will be proficient in managing office systems and also possess exceptional minute-taking skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, have the ability to produce coherent high-quality written documents, including minutes utilising Microsoft Office packages.

This is a permanent, full time post. Starting salary will depend upon an individual's level of experience.
