My client is a high end, luxury, hospitality company that has operations all across Canada.
The Owner plays a vital role in this company as he’s very hands on and is therefore looking for her new right hand.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a high end, fast paced environment before, assisting high profile individuals.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage and oversee all calendar management, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments
• Oversee all administrative policies within an organization and within the office
• Read and analyse submissions, letters, agendas, memos and determining significance
• Take minutes in all meetings
• Oversee personal matters as well

Key Requirements:

• A couple of years experience working as an EA/PA in a high profiled environment
• Proficient with Microsoft
• Extremely organised
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilient, motivated and highly independent
