Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant £14.50 - £18 per hour Interim Manchester Hybrid NHS:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a NHS organisation in the Greater Manchester region, who are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to their team to help support the Senior Leadership team. The role offers hybrid working and has an immediate start

Duties:

• Providing support for the MD and the Senior Leadership Team
• Maintain and manage multiple diaries
• Ensure Travel arrangements are in place for relevant appointments
• Liaise with Senior Leadership Team to prepare agendas for meetings
• Communicate with other organisations
• Manage incoming correspondence and forwarding to correct person/department

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant for Senior members of staff
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload
• Able to work towards tight deadlines
• Great communications skills with experiences liaising with internal and external stakeholders
