Executive Assistant

A prestigious global financial institution is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Global Head. 

The Executive Assistant will be exceptionally detail-oriented, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for proactive diary management across time zones, organising meetings, building strong relationships with internal management, Assistants and external stakeholders, processing expenses, arranging travel, producing detailed itineraries and personal support with events and charities.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. 

Skills / Experience Required:

• 3-5 years' experience supporting senior management within a commercial environment
• Confidence to make decisions, able to work under pressure and display excellent judgement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience liaising at all seniority levels
• Meticulous organisational skills with an impeccable eye for detail
• Degree level education or of graduate calibre
