Executive Assistant to Founder - Boutique Property firm- Marylebone. £40k- 50k. 9:30-6pm.
We are working with a super personable Founder of a small boutique property firm who is seeking a motivated, confident and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to run their small but busy and fast paced office.
This is a hugely hands on but super varied role with business and personal Executive Assistant support supporting the team with sales and marketing support, including producing brochures, managing the website, typing documents, creating extensive presentations, finance administration and office management.
The Executive Assistant will have-
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
- A good typing speed and experience taking dictation
- Able to work proactively in a small office and enjoy a small company culture and hands on role
- Articulate, well presented and good sense of humour.
