Reed Business Support are delighted to be representing a dynamic, engaging and innovative company in Warwickshire who are at the forefront of creating immersive and creative gaming experiences. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated, organised and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be providing on-site support to our clients Senior Executives initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a sense of urgency and determination.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information, with a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
On Offer
- Competitive annual salary between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Based in Warwickshire
- Monday - Friday, 5 days on site
