Executive Assistant
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Position: Permanent, full time
Location: Edinburgh, City Centre
Reed Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with a well known and reputable organisation within the care sector who are looking for a new Executive Assistant due to growth.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the CEO and Senior Management Team, duties would include;
- Supporting and working closely with the C.E.O which would include travelling on occasions to the sites of new projects etc
- Arranging and coordinating appointments and meetings for the C.E.O and Senior Management Team
- Compiling Occupancy & Agency figures for all sites on a weekly basis
- Project manage existing and new projects
- Organise travel arrangements
- Preparing agendas / catering etc. for any meetings, minute-taking may also be required
- Update company website as and when required
- General administrative support
