Day-to-day of the role:- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organise files and records.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other team members.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
