Executive Assistant - IT Directors/IT Team - Permanent

An Executive Assistant is required to support the IT leadership team. You will have strong PA/administration experience, ideally gained within a large organisation and have been involved in supporting IT teams. You will have excellent administration, organizational, communication skills with good knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint and managed shared diaries & inboxes. The role will involve supporting the Senior Executive Assistant, IT leadership team, dealing with all of the administration, co-ordinating diaries, arranging meetings, events, producing reports, liaising with internal teams, 3rd party suppliers etc. The role is a permanent role paying up to £30k and will be mostly remote but would require 1 day per week in Manchester.
