Job description
The post holder will provide effective, proactive and comprehensive executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer CEO and Director of Education/Postgraduate Medical Dean DoE PGMD in the performance of their duties and contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the corporate business of NIMDTA. The post holder will act as a conduit between the offices of the Chief Executive and the DoE PGMD with staff and stakeholders. This includes ensuring the effective and efficient servicing of the Senior Management Committee Meetings, providing practical and timely support to Senior Managers in implementation of communal workflows.

GCSE Maths and GCSE English (A-C) OR equivalent to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR higher qualification AND 2 A Levels OR equivalent OR higher qualification AND 18 months relevant experience OR A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Experience in use of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
