Description
- Complex diary management
- Booking complex travel and accommodation
- Dealing with expenses
- Generating reports
- Email correspondence
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Prepare board backs for meetings
- Take action points in meetings
Profile
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Highly organised
- Great communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Can work in a fast paced manner
- Can anticipate and use initiative
- Can commute to Wolverhampton
