This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, managing day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence and communication.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary details are in place.
- Conduct research and compile data to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Assist in project management and coordination of various tasks.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive PA or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
