More about the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience to new heights. As the Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership skills, and expertise in crafting exceptional dishes.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead and inspire a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to deliver consistently high-quality cuisine
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, special promotions, and culinary events
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and maximise profitability while maintaining high standards of quality

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • A passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
