Executive Head Chef – Conference and Banqueting venue

Join us in the thrilling position of Executive Head Chef for a prominent Conference and banqueting venue.
We're seeking a culinary leader with a background in quality dining and Events catering / banqueting.
This role involves a significant commercial aspect, requiring expertise in food costings, GP delivery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality dining and Events catering.
• Manage a large team and ensure their development.
• Drive commercial success with a focus on food costings and GP.
• Stay abreast of modern food trends and bring innovation to the table.
• Fearlessly push culinary boundaries.
• Cater to large-scale events for guest in the 1000s.
• Leading a large team of chefs over 200 BOH

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Proven experience in quality dining and Events catering, ideally with a venue background.
• Strong understanding of food costings and achieving GP targets.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop the core team.
• Innovation and a keen awareness of modern food trends.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with large-scale events.
