We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a high-end Italian restaurant in Mayfair.

About the Role:

• Deliver exceptional cuisine in this innovative Italian cuisine with a seafood offering.
• Develop and execute creative menus inspired by traditional Italian flavours.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
• Previous experience in high-end dining establishments and Michelin experience are desirable for this role.

About you:

• Italian Executive Chef with background in high-end dining
• Experience in volume dining and managing large teams.
• Michelin background desirable or high-end premium dining
• Seafood experience essential.
