Job description
The Role:
• Sales Enablement: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs, tools, and resources. Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary information and resources to succeed, including sales collateral & product knowledge.
• Sales Process Management: Support implementation & optimization of a consistent sales process ensuring efficiency and consistency. Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows and develop best practices to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Sales Campaigns: Support creation, delivery and improvements of Sales Campaigns ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Support Crisis Managements adherence to ‘Global Standards’ & ensure that Crisis Management is in line with Company standards with the results being reported or shared.
• CRM Management: Support the utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity and user adoption.
• Sales Technology Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement sales technology solutions that optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall sales performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across Crisis Management sales teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Additional responsibilities/support as required by the business/Line Manager
Requirements:
• Experience in sales teams or related roles, with a focus on driving sales performance and revenue growth.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Experience in CRM and preferably Micrsoft Dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Knowledge on data management will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another CRM system will be a distinct advantage
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
