Executive Chef- Event Catering Company – Northamptonshire
This is an award-winning premium event catering company which was created over 20 years ago and are still passionate about food. They cater for a wide range of events from private dinner parties to weddings and formal balls. Combining their passion with local produce, innovative chefs, and extensive experience in catering, they provide an experience to remember. Originating from a beautiful, small, family-run farm in Northamptonshire, the company caters for events throughout East Anglia, including Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire as well as the Midlands and beyond.
Job overview:
- You should have at least 2-3 years experience as an Executive Chef
- You will lead on creative menu development using the seasons and local produce to guide you.
- You should have event experience and dealing with large banquet numbers of up to 500 people.
- Responsible for Health and Safety and compliance.
- Manage and be responsible for all back of house operations leading a team of chefs.
- Natural Leader who thrives in a busy environment.
- Experience working in a fine dining or 1-2 AA Rosette level is preferred but not essential.
- Hours could be flexible to suit you. Part time/ Full time hours can be discussed.
Salary region of £55k- £60k
