We are recruiting to the post of Executive Directorof Planning and Economic Regeneration, reporting directly to the Chief Executive, to provide strategic direction and excellent overall leadership and management of services, including Asset Strategy, Economic Development and Planning Development Management.

You will lead in relation to the operational elements of the emerging Mayoral Combined Authority with Hull City Council. You will deliver the Council’s plans and strategies in relation to Economic Development, Coastal Management, Climate Change, Housing, Forward Planning and Transport Planning.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious and passionate about service delivery, who has strong negotiating skills, financial management, communication and engagement skills and play a key role as part of the Corporate Leadership Team of the Council, we would love to hear from you.
