Further information about the School can be found here: www.mgmt.ucl.ac.uk/ About the role The Executive Education Manager will lead on the operational management, planning and smooth delivery of the UCL School of Management’s portfol! io of Exe cutive Education programmes: both open and custom. They will support the Director of Executive Education in developing and implementing the School’s Executive Education Strategy of expanding the number and range of Executive Education programmes on offer, whilst ensuring the highest quality is maintained and that programme revenue is increased. The postholder will be responsible for the facilitation, coordination and planning of resource requirements including robust budget control, and for leading the School’s Executive Education support team. About you The Executive Education Manager will be an experienced manager, who will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the highest levels of customer service when working with top-tier external clients. You will have an in-depth knowledge of managing budgets, financial planning experience of project managing multiple externally focused events, and of leading and motivating a team. You will a! lso be an excellent communicator who is able to develop and manage relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including international clients, senior executives and academics.
