Job Title: Executive Head Chef
Salary: €3,500 – 4,600 per month + bonus

They are looking for someone who has experience in fast paced environments and who has previous experience in hotels or restaurants as an executive sous chef, Head Chef or executive chef.

About the role:

• Responsible for kitchen and BOH function
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering a high standard of cuisine and customer service
• Promote positive team work environment
• Achieve financial and responsible business goals
• knowledge in all technical, human, & financial procedures.
• Manage kitchen department and open to being a hands on leader.
• Factoring in business forecasts, inventory controls and Health, Safety & Hygiene
• Apply general and specialist knowledge to all the sections, outlets and concepts that you are responsible for.
• To play a full part as member of the HOD team.
  Have an understanding of current concepts and contribute to the development of new & shows a passion for great food.

This is you:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment in a hotel or restaurant
• Must live in the Amsterdam are already
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for the hospitality industry
