We are looking for a Head Chef with a fresh-food background for a busy Pub in Looe, Cornwall. This is a great opportunity for you to show your passion and enthusiasm to produce a fantastic food experience and to work for one of the best employers in the area.
Full-time role.

As the Head Chef you will be required to:
- Strive to create new and creative menu offerings.
- Lead and inspire the team.
- Be original with your presentation & menu ideas.
- Be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality food.
- Menu development

- Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
- Extremely organised
