It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Human Resources Servies (HRS) Function to develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Provide project coordination and administration support for HR services and initiatives across multiple hotel properties and offices in different locations.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at every stage.
- Assist HR Manager in reviewing and improving HR processes, policies, and procedures for enhanced efficiency and colleague experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification of HR processes and improve colleague experience.
- Coordinate wellness activities for LHG Corporate Office and assist in analyzing feedback and creating action plans for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee records.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and enhancement opportunities for offices.
- Provide ongoing support for Employee Self Services and Core HR functionalities with HRIS team.
- Support special projects and enhance onboarding/offboarding formalities, as assigned.
- Perform any necessary duties assigned by management.

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR function.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Video Editing is an advantage
- Well versed with HK employment ordinance
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking
- Meticulous attention to details and accurate with numbers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, ability to work under pressure, and possess high level of integrity.
- Good communicator and team player and ability to interact with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
