Head ofGlobal Identity & Access Manager (IAM)
Salary national circa £125,000
London £150,000
We are currently recruiting for a Head ofGlobal Identity & Access Manager (IAM) to lead and manage the IAM function! This is truly a phenomenal role; it has a Group wide model and work across all of the Aviva markets. You will be provided with the prospect to drive change, influence the IAM function across Aviva and take the organisation on a journey working across the Group.

A bit about the job:
The purpose of a central IAM function is to provide unified ownership of IAM technology, processes, capabilities and to improve consistency on security and protection. As the Head ofGlobal Identity & Access Manager (IAM), you will lead the IAM function, which provides secure and efficient access to the organisation's information systems and resources. Along with leading a team of subject matter expert and specialist, across different business areas. You will be responsible for implementing strategy and best practice, keep up to date regarding technology and how its moving whilst staying customer focused.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
  • A proven track record of leading and managing IAM teams and projects, delivering successful results. Along with setting up consolidation single identifier and active directory, privilege access management and recertification rectifying access
  • A strong knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and practices, as well as relevant standards and frameworks across IT and Security. In addition to a good understanding of auditing
  • A high level of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus, and the ability to understand and empathise with the user needs and expectations

  • Salary between national £125,000 and London £150,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
