Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Courtroom Management: Take charge of courtroom proceedings, collaborating seamlessly with judiciary members, legal professionals, jurors, and staff to ensure the accurate and timely recording of results.
- Administrative Excellence: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, both independently and as part of a cohesive team, ensuring all duties are carried out with precision and efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of representation orders and deliver comprehensive judge's reports during sentence hearings, ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Representation Order Processing: Process representation order applications under judicial authorisation, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
- Case Summarising: Prepare succinct and precise case summaries for the Resident Judge, facilitating informed decision-making and expediting judicial proceedings.
- Expense Management: Promptly determine witness expenses and provide clear explanations as needed, demonstrating accountability and transparency in financial matters.
- Timely Correspondence: Handle all correspondence within designated deadlines, meticulously adhering to guidelines and maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.
- Risk Management Compliance: Uphold financial and operational risk management policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and mitigating potential risks effectively.
- Task Execution: Execute assigned tasks with diligence and precision, offering unwavering support to the judiciary and ensuring the seamless organisation of court procedures.
