Executive Pa Full Or Part Time

Working in partnership with a prestigious manufacturing business, AQUMEN recruitment is proud to be recruiting an Executive PA to work closely with the Business Owner and other high profile members of the Board.

The opportunity can be a Full or Part Time opportunity depending on the candidate as with this role, it is more about the right person for the job.

This is a demanding role where you will be working directly with the Owner of the business and will require someone who is resilient, highly organised and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities will include:

• Diary Management
• Organising business and personal travel
• Setting up business meetings
• Arranging personal appointments e.g. doctors
• Dealing with personal affairs including overseas property
• Attending to personal requirements of the owner and his wife including meetings at the family home in Harrogate

The successful candidate will be highly organised and be an experienced Executive PA. You should have strong communication and IT skills and be extremely competent with diary management. This is a demanding role where patience and resilience will be required whilst being able stay “As cool as a cucumber” and focussed when the pressure is on. Short hand skills/experience would be beneficial in the role although not essential.

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £30000 - £35000 for full time, pro-rata for Part Time, relative to the number of hours/days per week and the benefits aligned to working for such a well renowned company.

This may suit a candidate requiring part-time work around school hours
