Executive Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Sales/Marketing Assistant will provide support to the Sales and Marketing department by assisting with various tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Sales and Marketing. Duties: - Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Assist with the development of sales presentations and materials - Coordinate and attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant documents - Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation - Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence - Assist with event planning and coordination - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of projects Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations - Basic knowledge of project management principles - Demonstrated leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
