My client, a growing and successful energy firm in Nottingham, is looking to appointing an Executive Support Manager to support the MD and their Senior Leadership Team.
Your new role
My client is looking to recruit an Executive Support Manager to support their MD and the wider leadership team. You will be at the heart of the team - crucial to the smooth running of the business, you will be tackling a myriad of different tasks and duties to support their internal organisational needs, helping the wider team deliver exceptional work for our clients.
Typical duties will include:

• Diary and inbox management for the MD
• Travel arrangements
• Minute Taking
• Expenses
• Reporting
• Projects as and when required for the MD

What you\'ll need to succeed
The role is based in Nottingham City Centre and will initially start full time in the office, but then will offer hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
The successful person will need to work autonomously to support the internal running of the consultancy, whilst the wider team spend most of their time helping our customers. You must have a great work ethic and take pride in your work.

• Pre-disposed to action - gets deep into execution details for building and improving new systems and processes internally
• Learning Agility - wants to learn about the work that XX do and the customers it serves to identify opportunities to add value to the team and wider business
• Great Communicator- Clear and concise written and verbal communication with the ability to forge positive relationships quickly
• Emotionally?intelligent - able to build great relationships and be an exceptional team-mate and partner to external contacts
• Highly organised and can prioritise effectively to meet deadlines - it is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who excels under pressure.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
