Pay Rate: £11.86 per hour; you will still get an extra £1.20 for those late-night shifts (midnight

Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

Responsibilities for Barista:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers
- Serving customers at the till and taking payments
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with company standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Barista at Starbucks

We are looking for Full Time (30hrs) and Part Time (16-20hrs) Team Members to join our Starbucks at Birmingham International Airport.
We have opportunities for Fixed-Term roles (with the option for working more hours) that allow you to earn more over the Summer months and tailor down in the off-peak seasons to suit your lifestyle as well as Permanent roles.As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between 2.30am - 11:00pm including weekends and as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £12 per hour!
Responsibilities for Barista:

- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
