Experienced Graduate/Chartered Architectural Technologist - Colchester - Salary £27,000-£40,000 DOE

About the Practice?
With 6 successful offices across the UK, this forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary practice is looking to compliment their Colchester team with an experienced individual, ideally has at least 1 year of experience post-grad.
Having established themselves over 90 years' ago, you could be working on a variety of projects such as Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Defence, Residential and Community! Due to the secure nature of their Defence work, there may be a requirement to perform background checks on all staff.
With their core principles revolving around sustainable design, work enjoyment, diversity and inclusion; this practice is looking for a competent Architectural Technician/Technologist who loves what they do and will bring plenty of enthusiasm through the office doors with them!

BIM is a huge part of their work, and they are using Revit for most of their projects, hoping to move over to Revit entirely in the next year or so. Experience using Revit and AutoCAD is essential. You will need to be able to use Revit confidently and independently as this role requires you to hit the ground running and start working on projects immediately.

What they ideally want in the successful candidate?
* Architectural Technology Degree
* At least a years' experience post-grad.
* Project running experience - Confidence managing your own workload, your own projects and the whole process start to finish... Or be nearing this stage in your career.
* Proficient using Revit.
* Comfortable having a background/DBS check.
