Experienced Lettings Administrator - South West London - £35-40k Salary - Full Time
We are seeking a motivated Lettings Administrator to join a fabulous team in Parsons Green. With a dominant reputation in the Fulham area, this independent estate agency is known for excellence in sales, lettings, and property management.

Requirements:
• 12-18 months of letting's administration experience, within estate agency, preferably in London.
Responsibilities: Lettings
• Administer new tenancies and communicate with landlords and tenants using "Goodlord."
• Ensure exceptional service to landlords and tenants, fostering positive recommendations.
• Coordinate pre-tenancy works, inventories, and check-in/outs.
• Conduct right-to-rent ID checks.
• Cultivate relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely provision of compliance documents to tenants.
• Conduct regular courtesy calls to tenants and landlords.
• Manage deposit registrations, repayments, and disputes.
• Administer change-of-sharers, renewals, and move-outs.
• Schedule bookings for photos, EPCs, GSCs, and EICRs.
Responsibilities: Marketing
• Assist in implementing and administering marketing initiatives with our graphic designer.
• Run marketing processes and coordinate distribution.
• Create and schedule letters for posting.
• Manage email marketing campaigns.
• Support social media planning and scheduling.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan.
• Provide ad-hoc marketing assistance.
This role is a full time office, and offers a salary of up to £40k DOE.
