Experienced New Homes Sales advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a top PLC client as a New Homes Sales advisor in Coventry. This is a fantastic chance to work on a brand new development, with showhomes launching in March.

As a New Homes Sales advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers.

You will be working a Thursday to Monday week, 9.45am-5.15pm.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £29k DOE, with the potential to earn up to £60k OTE.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in New Homes Sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driving license is also essential for this role.
