Due to recent promotions, our Ilkeston branch is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant with proven experience to join our friendly team.

Just to name a few things!

You know that no two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be… 

• Screening candidates
• Interviewing candidates
• Utilising social media to advertise roles
• Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service
• Growing our existing client base, by upselling, and business development to other local companies
• Completing regular review meetings with clients along with onsite
• Completing check-ins where required
• Taking our on-call service on a rota basis

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required! You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis.

Pay: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum (Negotiable on Experience) + uncapped commission

Requirements:

• Some experience in recruitment – if you do not have this, but are interested in learning, we can offer this role as a trainee position, so please still get in touch!
• A driving license / your own vehicle
