SalarySales Negotiator
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join of the most successful and lucrative real estate firms located in Mayfair. You will be required to be able to effectively communicate with and advise high net worth clients and their representatives.

Main tasks:
- Register applicants, identify and understand their profile and needs
- Maintain regular contact and ensure optimum service and client care is delivered
- Arrange viewings, appointments, market appraisals, and negotiate offers
- Assist the Head of Sales and senior team to convert appraisals to sales instructions
- Ensure constructive feedback is communicated
- Identify new marketing opportunities and work collaboratively with the team
- Be a team player - you will be involved in general running and profitability of the sales department
The Rewards
- Basic salary £20-£25k (depending on experience)
- OTE - £40-£50k uncapped
