Experienced Social Worker

Exciting opportunity to join our busy, friendly hospital social work team. You will be assessing and reviewing clients in varied settings. Working with Health colleagues to ensure every individual receives a first class service.
You will undertake Court of Protection work and also take a lead role in Safeguarding Investigations.

A busy team where everyday is different, you will work closely with your colleagues in the hospital and also visit Service Users both in Nursing/Residential settings as well as in their own homes. As an Experienced Social Worker you will support Social Work students and will also cover for the Advanced Practitioners when required.
