We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive team at an outstanding Primary School, based on the Wirral. The post is starting as soon as possible in January 2024 on an ongoing basis.

Your new role
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will also work closely with your colleagues and the senior leadership team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school. You will have access to excellent resources and facilities, as well as ongoing professional development and support.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degreeExperience of teaching Year 1 classes in a primary school settingExperience of Read-Write Inc phonics and the national curriculumA creative and innovative approach to teaching and learningA positive and enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and growA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
