Salary: £10.42 - 11.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an Administrator for our client in Chadderton, Oldham.
This is working in busy export department, you will be expected to provide accurate administration for supporting the onsite operations team by administering the customer inbound and outbound bookings.
Job Responsibilities:
Collating and processing export documentation.
General administration paperwork filing
Administering the Inbound and Outbound booking schedules
Ensure an understandable and accurate handover is given at the end of each shift rotation.
Escalating any issues to the Shift Manager.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
PC literate and experience in Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
Pro-active and adaptable approach
Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative.
Able to manage own workload effectively and prioritise.
Excellent customer service skills
Organised, clean and tidy approach to work.
Previous admin experience.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 830am to 430pm, however we can offer flexible hours for the right person.
Working hours: 30 hours to 38 hours per week.
Pay rate is £10.42 and above for the right person.
Please note this is a temporary role for maternity cover approx. 9 months with possibility of becoming a permanent role but this is not guaranteed.
